The Middletown Valley Athletic Association (MVAA) Softball Program will be putting on clinics every Sunday from January 22 thru March 26, 2023 (except February 19). This year, we have a special pitching instructor and girls who are pitchers can get extra pitching instruction each week. There will be a $15 charge for pitchers and a $10 charge for non-pitchers for each clinic. The extra $5 for pitchers helps cover the cost of the pitching instructor. All other proceeds go toward the softball program (MVAA coaches volunteer their time and are not paid). This is a lot cheaper than any other clinic out there. All participants need to sign-up as this will help the coaches to plan out the activities.
The clinics will consist of conditioning, softball fundamentals, hitting, pitching clinics, catchers clinics, infield drills, outfield drills and many more.
NOTE: The pitching clinics are limited to the first 12 who sign up for each week.

All coaches should register for the clinics they will be attending so we know if we have enough for each clinic. We will also be having a "Coach the Coaches" session for our coaches to learn the proper way to teach our girls on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 3:00 to 6:00pm at Skycroft. Please make every effort to make it to this FREE session.
